Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the country of destination. You will receive a Track & Trace code to track your package.
How do you arrange shipping?
We enlisted eFulFillers. They prepare the packages and take care of shipping.
How can I track my package?
When eFulFillers has packed your order and registered it, they will email you a link with the Track & Trace code. With this code, you can see where your package is and when to expect it.
PAYMENT
In which ways can I pay?
You can pay via iDeal, Paypal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
ORDERING
Do I have to register?
No, you can order and pay as a guest.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please mail info@ftm.nl as soon as possible, stating your order number, and we will get to work. We can only make adjustments if you contact us the day you ordered the product.
Where can I see the status of my order?
As soon as eFulFillers has shipped your order, you will receive an email with a link to the Track & Trace code.
RETURN POLICY
How can I return or exchange a product?
Of course we hope that you are happy with your purchase. If not, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The right to revoke expires 14 days after you have received your order.
You can return the item in its original packaging to: Herenweg 15, 3602 AM Maarssen, The Netherlands. Please note on the packing slip that it concerns a return. If you want to exchange something, write on the packing slip which item you want (and possibly in which size).
Please note: we ask you to cover the return costs yourself. We will refund your money to the account you paid with within a few days of receiving the item.
DISCOUNT
I have a discount code, how does that work?
When paying you will get the option to add a discount code. The discount is then automatically deducted from the total amount.

Send an email to info@ftm.nl with the subject ‘Webshop’ and we will be happy to help. We will do our best to find a solution. If you are still dissatisfied with a product or our service after having contacted us, you can submit the matter to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform .
